KAMPALA, June 3 (Xinhua) -- The Ugandan military on Tuesday said it had killed two suspected terrorists who were carrying an explosive device in the capital city.
Chris Magezi, the military spokesman, told Xinhua by telephone that the bomb exploded in the process of intercepting the two suspects.
"One actually was a suicide bomber, a lady," Magezi said, adding that the two were riding a motorcycle in Munyonyo, a suburb of Kampala. ■
